Nice but I do hope they include the option to select how much data to save/cache for offline use and not just arbitrary or small number they will choose due to some average speed/performance/storage space of smartphones. This might also improve the reliability and load times of "Stories" as it becomes stuck or loads slowly at times.
The Windows version is also terrible at this. Computers are more powerful and with fast connection but the app stubbornly downloads the next "Story" only when needed

Facebook Inc will invest all its investment to Instagram due to rate of increase of active users comparing to Facebook. on my side I rarely use Instagram, whenever I try it, after a week or two, I uninstall it. I dont know why...
