AnonD-1915, 30 Mar 2011again with the EDoF cameras!? WT* is wrong with Nokia is really autofocus cameras hard to make... moreWell just remember this is a business phone...and that the full focus camera does have some advantages...I used the camera on the C7 and i was very pleased with the results....of course you cant take out close pics...but I wouldnt anyway even if it did have AF. In fact, i would say the image quality is very underrated...
Yeah I agree with the you about the wasted space...A bigger screen would have been better, But im still loving it! It looks awesome! Blackberry Bold touch KILLER!
AnonD-1915, 30 Mar 2011again with the EDoF cameras!? WT* is wrong with Nokia is really autofocus cameras hard to make... morehavent you read, even if it is EDOF
Gsmarena wrote here that the photo quality is pretty good and even its pre-production smartphone so the quality will be better in the final version OKAY!?
read before you write
Wow, I think this phone is wil make a good upgrade for my E72. However I think I think E72 looks more nicer than this one. Ofcoz this is something that I think nokia should look at. I want to uprage but with the phones on the market currently. I don't seem to get a phone that make me wanna change my phone. I am a big fan of nokia phones.
again with the EDoF cameras!? WT* is wrong with Nokia is really autofocus cameras hard to make ? or are they very expensive to implement...? what a crap
Another thing, look at the bottom, what a wasted space... If they make the device a bit wide they could put a bigger display....and I don't think the D-PAD was necessary for a touch display :/
Nokia eseries qwerty phones always good to use. With metal chrome finish, solid feel, it's awesome..! When it comes to design qwerty phones overtake touchscreen bar phones miles away. Their is nothing to design in touchbar phones. All look like same..
White is nice.
But, my god, what a waste of space on the phone. they should remove the navigation keys, and put a much bigger screen on it! I can hardly see its screen because its so small.
[deleted post]Nokia will never release an Android powered phone because not everyone likes android. I mean you people have absolutely no need to be individual, different and not following other android users.Everyone wants to use the same OS. Where's the innovation and originality? Why should every smart phone on the market utilize the same OS? It makes very little sense. where's the competition? Where's the room to truly be unique? I don't really like android. I used it on the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 and its overrated and doesn't do much.App's are also overrated. Its the 1 thing used to brainwash people into buying android powered devices. Some apps are useful but most are just ridiculous and useless.Symbian^3 is a huge leap forward Nokia and it will continue to get better with the updates and new devices.Nokia shall start using Windows 7 soon and I can't wait for a Windows powered Nokia smartphone. Android will eventually fall from the no.1 position just like Symbian did. Being no.1 is the highest position any company can aim for, its hard to stay in the no.1 position and someday the company will slip. Leave Nokia alone!! if you don't like Nokia then just don't buy their handsets.
I want to get this phone!!
Finally a good business phone with QWERTY keyboard n nice camera, and good OS =)
very very strange....just the marketing trick...posting intensionally blurry videos even when people r shooting in HD format these days..Stuppid...But the phone is really nice ;)... I've always been a Nokia Symbian fan.
wow i didnt know Nokia still exists... how can they manage to make so many garbage phones and yet survive on the marker? unbelievable.....
finally! a Symbian^3 device with real physical keypad & d-pad!
(capacitive touchscreen can be considered as a bonus)
i think this phone is worth waiting!
Okay...As of the moment I owned both E72 and N8. I'll be dropping this two when E6-00 arrives.
It's like Nokia knew what want. Nokia may have a clunky full touch screen phone, but they were great with E-series.
finally some standardization between Symbian Touch and the Candy Bar kind, nice work Nokia and the guy that leaked this
EDoF isnt appropriate for business use eg documents, business cards, bar code readers - also where is the flashlight button?
Looks pretty decent to me, a phone that's packed with Symbian^3 shouldn't be much of a problem. What i didn't like in this phone is simply the design. I mean, look at the wasted space on the lower part of the unit. It looks more like an E71 with Symbian^3 that has extended space. Bottomline is, Nokia should seek for more creativity on their units. Appearance is also a big factor for consumers.
The coolest touch and type series so far. This what make Nokia Qwerty phone Different than any other Qwerty phone,it combined touchscreen with Qwerty(blackberry style) i hope the performance is good.
