With respect to price adequacy, you have to remember that Phones tend to be overpriced in Russia. 24000RUB seems like a realistic price there considering that HTC HD2, Desire HD and and other top-end models were initially sold at approximately this price.

Personally, I wouldnt be surprised if Galaxy II will be soled for about 30000RUB upon arrival. This, however, does not mean that these phones will adopt a similar price tag elsewhere.
