What a piece of s... oap! Mobile hotspot only let's windows 10 computers visit Google and WIKIPEDIA sites. Galaxy apps store doesn't work on their end. Phone is so slippery that you can't hang on to it or even touch it without Something being activated. The S8 gets 1 of 5 stars from me.

They will release the devices and wait for the customer have the bad experiences, this is why Apple will always have a more popular customer base. Take the Samsung Note that caught alight when charging, how did they not spot such a hazard while in the troubleshooting/testing part of the development of the device ???

If so you go to an Apple store and they will replace it with no questions asked.

Are you serious? iOS 10 has had 10 separate updates so far to corrected issues.
iOS 10.1.1 Battery issues
iOS 10.0.2 Bluetooth and WiFi issues
and my favorite...
iOS 10 update that bricked peoples phones....
Stop drinking the Kool-Aid jackpmah, all software and phones have their issues.
jackpmah, 27 Apr 2017Another Samsung known issue - dont see these with iPhones ??My wife uses iphone (because she is not tech savvy) gets these updates too. And the Wifi on her iphone only works if she stands less that 5 feet from the router.
Where is my update. I pushed aside the notification to update to search what it was for.... then it disappears. Then, searching for and finding the update to do manually, it wont install. Really samsung, really???
this sucks, 26 Apr 2017the update is not in the galaxy app store. cant find it anywhere searched forever. phone unus... moreIt seems to be carrier specific...for some reason. My wife's doesn't have the patch available either. There are temporary fixes, like disabling DQA (best option if you have an app that can do so), not using wifi, force stopping DQ, and rebooting the phone.
RMSTITANIC, 27 Apr 2017Wow I received the update and never had a this error with the Wi-Fi or any app closing errors... moreDid you get the day one update? if not, then there you go. Was your wifi on and connected? there again. It is still true as it is a confirmed error within the code of the day one update that went to all US and Canada. People may have experienced it on different levels, or may have already had DQA force stopped/wifi off/had it disabled/etc. Meaning you telling me because you didn't experience it, really doesn't matter.

So to say 100 percent of all us phones have had this software detect is just not true.
Oh no. Samsung is so terrible...
But the G6, HTC 10, iPhone models, Xperias, and all other phones have some issues....but we won't count those because then that prove that samsung is doing fine
the update is not in the galaxy app store. cant find it anywhere searched forever. phone unusable. this sucks butt.
These guys should just stop making phones. Failure after failure

Many other OEMs literally base models off of them, thereby reporting mistakes and hurdles in Samsung's devices, can help the market overall. It is called constructive criticism, denying an issue actually HURTS the device if it is in fact legitimate.
I don't deny LG's bootloop problems, however that dead horse is pulp...and the issue has been fixed, minus defects. Just as now, this patch fixes the DQA crash, it is done, however it was still an issue that is justified to be known.
Hephaestus8, 26 Apr 2017The same way you people exaggerating this DQA issue. It just an update. How exactly a simple u... moreSo advocating to be fair to each OEM, I did no exaggeration of an issue, I stated facts, the DQA is a problem that manifested in 100% of US and Canadian phones from a day-one update. I did not say it was a major, or issue that should tank or hinder Samsung, only that its justifiably reported on, as it is a system application that fails and crashes on the majority of devices, while Samsung both had the spotlight for the Note 7 debacle AND shown a spotlight on themselves with their very own PR with enhanced QA testing.
Anonymous, 26 Apr 2017So...you redact your previous comment that LG should again be in the spotlight for their issue... moreThe same way you people exaggerating this DQA issue. It just an update. How exactly a simple update becoming a big issue? I dont even wanna know. If your apps ask for update to fix bugs and some issue is that considered an 'issue'? Lol. Look at what you doing now. You no different than him.
