Google is bringing Google Assistant to iOS, yet it hasn't fully rolled out around the world smfh (I live in the Philippines and in my country it'd be safe to assume that if you own a phone that can utilize the Assistant's capabilities, you can read and understand English pretty well. We don't need some translation to our native language. That isn't very hard to understand Google! Please just give me my Assistant!)

It's kind of scary to see so many people actually thinks Google is "being nice" for offering their services "for free" on many platforms. They clearly have not understood the difference in the business models used by Apple and Google. Its not about being nice, its about making money and thats how Google does it, by making you use their services. Nothing is "for free"...

Most responses to this article with come from those who seem to think that just because they prefer one platform over the other, they have to hate that other. Such people are not known for their cognitive skills.
And yes your right Google is well represented in iOS, and this because it is good business for Google themselves.

You do know Google is a business and everything they do is to the same thing you accused Apple of. Google is not supporting iOS as well as they do for the goodness of their heart, it's good business for them to do so.
Google is an ad company, research shows iOS users have more buying power therefore advertisers pay more for ads on the iOS platform than android. It's simple math and its a fact. Google executives would be negligent and would probably lose their jobs to ignore iOS. Google is not alone in this, did you watch the Microsoft keynote, most of their services were shown running on iOS and Mac. Take your fanatic hat off and you will see things a lot clearer.
