Why samsung always forget to release in indonesia ?? First china, now russia.. In indonesia only qwerty duos.. And not really dual ON.. Would make a lot easir when ppl in indonesia using many handset..

Russia has one of highest mobile penetration in the world. And highest among largest countries. Over 150% average in country and over 220% in Moscow, which is by far largest city in Europe. So of course they start from market where it will be most popular. I'm sure early or later they will release such devices to rest markets.
