I bought Meizu M2 note hen it first launched using Lolipop, 2 years on - still on Lolipop.
No update to Marshmallow, no update to Nougat.
Will never buy a Meizu product again !!!

AnonD-661679, 21 May 2017M6/M6 note? It's the M5C. A very low budget device. M6 note will launch in December (most probably) and will be Helio P20 powered.

AnonD-248589, 22 May 2017Poor battery life, weak graphics, innacurate GPSMy battery life has been more than fine, GPS also, and their GPUs are weak because the chipsets are often dirt cheap and MTK has to cut some corners to keep the price low. The average everyday users, especially low budget device buyers, usually don't give a crap about graphic intensive games so often alightly underpowered GPU is not an issue at all.

I have been using 2 phones with 2 different MediaTek chips and they are working completely fine even today, despite their age. And I am looking forward to buying a third MTK based phone in the next few months.

The biggest issue with Meizu is that it always uses Mediatek chipsets in it's Mid-range phones as well as in a few upper ends. It should now completely rely on Snapdragon and Exynos SOCs.
