coincidentally heart is also the name of the new nokia phone!!!! which is supposed to have a snapdragon 835...
The 660 does not have 8 identical cores as implied by this article. 'Kyro 260' refers to the A73 derived big cores as well the Cortex A53 derived little cores. Highly misleading nomenclature I know.
The 660 should be a very good real life performer, buy I cannot understand why they equipped it with only 1MB of l2 cache for the "Big cores". Even the SD 600 had 2 MB l2 cache in 2013!.
The device which has been tested, is named as "Heart".. Now if we check the other post from GSMA, one of the pictures posted in the Nokia 9 leaks also mentions the Nokia device as "Heart". Can it be the Nokia 8/9 with QSD 660? Gotta wait and watch..!!

How does it compare with Snapdragon 820? The 65x compares pretty well with the 808/810 so would be interesting to see how 2017's mid-range goes against 2016's flagship.
Midrange chipsets are becoming closer and closer to high-end one.
Snapdragon 4xx (2017) should come close to 62x series (2016) (sd 430/435 replaced 617 so theorically 440 should at least be replacing 625 with lower-powered cores compared to 625(between 1.6 and 1.9 ghz to compete with exynos 7880))
