it is not an achievement at all since it is forced on people to use it. it comes preinstalled and that is also counted on downloands numers

Anonymous, 27 May 2017Just because you like this bloat doesn't mean that people who criticize it are stupid. It all... more...and it has flaws. if one tries to delete few images in a row will be surprised to see images supposedly deleted already ..again.

meh, 26 May 2017How stupid people were hating this app. You can save UNLIMITED PHOTOS AND VIDEOS in the cloud :)Just because you like this bloat doesn't mean that people who criticize it are stupid.
It allows unlimited upload only on Pixel devices. Everyone else will have their images and videos destroyed by downsizing. I've had pictures as small as 2MP shrunk when Google claims I could've upload anything smaller than 16MP unchanged. Same for video. They say anything up to 1080p won't be downsized yet I had both 720p and even 480p videos destroyed.

I think pre-installs count since they are listed on your device from the store and can be updated like regular installs.

AnonD-77443, 26 May 2017You have no idea what you are talking about. Photos easily uninstalls. Not that anyone shou... moreIt only uninstalls if you use root uninstaller since Google marked it as a system app (same with all their bloatware). And it is a poor excuse for a gallery app. And please go and upload some videos to Google photos and come back and tell us how great it is.

Not if it comes pre-installed on your device, and is set as the systems default photo/picture viewer.

Anonymous, 26 May 20171 Billion installs because you cant remove this bloatwareYou have no idea what you are talking about. Photos easily uninstalls.

Not that anyone should. It is by far the best photo cloud storage/organisation app available (iOS included) and free if you are happy with 80% photos.
