If the Mi 6 had a 3.5 mm headphone jack and a MicroSD card slot, it would have been even more universally loved..................

In fact the lack of the 3.5mm jack, yes, it is slightly an issue, like every other lack in any other phone. Because after all, improving/ raising the bar of technology doesn't mean removing specs & features, but adding (or upgrading the existing ones). In other simple words it is better with than without. But on the other hand, it's not a deal breaker. Especially with the Mi6, that it is the most affordable SD835 flagship (or killer & at least certainly so far, then we'll revisit it after the launch of the OP5 & perhaps the ZTE Axon 8 more than the 7S, I mean with the SD835 not the SD821). in addition, personally I care even more for the lack of the SD slot than the lack of the 3.5mm jack (just if compared), but overall, considering its price-to-specs, etc. I consider the Mi6 as a great affordable flagship (or killer) anyway. (Although it would be better with the 3.5mm jack & even more with the SD slot).

I have been using XiaoMi Redmi Note 3 since last years. I find it extremely useful and versatile, and even better than many other phones that my friends have. Often it is not the make and model of the phone, but the skill in its manipulation that matters. I am very happy with my XiaoMi.

Well , i had several Mi phones , including the Mi5 but i have to say they are no where near as good as articles make them. The Mi5's camera is horrible at night, but none of the reviews tells you that. The software is bloated, and full of bugs, they have waaay to many phones now and they can't support all of them properly. Regardless what phone you getting from Xiamo , you will get F.ed somehow. Don't bother with them, i used to like Miui back on my Galaxy S1/S2 but the new one is just shit and a memmory hog.

I have bought several, ordered them from China to Canada - all the ones I have had are of the highest quality plus best value for money. Xiaomi is the best brand for these reasons plus fantastic battery life. I have owned the Xiaomi Mi 5, Redmi Note 3, Redmi 3S Prime and have just ordered the Redmi 4 Prime.
