They made some really shitty phones like the s5 but yet poeple were convinced the phones were good even though they were cheap plasticky laggy pieces of crap.
This goes to show you, the only thing Samsung consumers care about is looks. The S8 is a marginal upgrade from the S7, and brings nothing new, but since it looks even more like a piece of jewelry this time around, look at how much it's selling.

All of that complaining coming f... moreNo, not at all, the only reason I own "bought used" an S7 was to try Samsung Pay, which is the only thing Samsung has going for it at the moment, I have owned LG, Motorola, HTC phones, I could care less about what name of what company is on the phone. I don't buy a product because someone says I should, or I need to be part of the CROWD, if you catch my drift.
Buying one for my lady and me, BUT if only that fingerprint reader would be easier to reach. On S8 ok, but S8+ is bigger and I do have stretch a bit manny times a day.

i went to a store where sony lg and samsung flagships are lined up side by side..and afaik its hard to ignore the s8 duo, however for the logical user its an unnecessary upgrade from an year old s7 edge, hence not buying it
In fact there's extremely much to say about, we can write an entire article about it. But to say it briefly as possible, congrats to Samsung (S8 duo) for this great achievement/ success, (& now after this too, hopefully they'll stay 100% focused on the Note 8).

I own a S7 and to me the S8 looks like ass.
