Anonymous, 31 May 2017Physical keyboard has physical shift keys. For correct punctuation.and that makes it better than Galaxy S8 or IPhone 7?!
is that what makes this a true productivity phone?!
hmmmm I'm speechless how BB came up with that! shame on Apple and Samsung!
:)))))

Raphi7, 31 May 2017Well there is also the blackberry apps and software like the hub, the productivity tab, detk..... moreI already read the review many times. and as stated in the review, the sound is not that great and the swipe thing is pretty laggy and unusable in many apps, even websites!
the processor is subpar, midranger at best, the screen is LCD with limited viewing angle and the hub is outdated. I mean few years ago it was good with some perks, but now there are tons of other better apps. now I would understand if BB stick to it's own OS, but since they use Android nowadays, there is no point for the HUB or even the security! Samsung has KNOX which is approved by NSA!
don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that this a bad phone nor trashing it! what I'm trying to say is that it's an ok phone, with physical keyboard. nothing more, nothing less!
but definitely not worth 550$ plus TAX! for what it offers!
thanks.

RobzY, 31 May 2017i don't get it! what is so special about this phone other than a physical keyboard! honestly I... moreWell there is also the blackberry apps and software like the hub, the productivity tab, detk....wich make it a very good productive phone amd its more secure than the other android phones...and the keyboard has a lot of feature like swype implemented in it and it can work as a trackpad, and the learning curve is short so you'll be typing fast and you can also type on a physical keyboard without looking at the screens! There are also keyboard shortucts so you can make many tyhings with one click! Along with picture password, i mean just read the review gsmarena made about the phone and you'll understand why its a good and unique productive phone, it isn't the best of all android phones in multimedia or in specs, but maybe it doesn't have to.....and its a very good and serious productivity phone nonsless....

this phone isn't Blackberry, it's TLC with Blackberry logo! I think another guy saying, what TLC Keyone made by Chinese producer TLC (like other Chinese producers Xiaomi, Meizzu and etc), but do not talk about geographical plant location :)

well I think it's a decent phone with good looks and physical keyboard. but then again with that config (people who disagree please read the review) it doesn't worth 550$. I would consider getting one for around 400$ as my back up phone. I believe BB should have priced it better, specially when they trying to get a foot hold in touchscreen dominated market!

What phone isn't made in China these days? The stupidity of some comments out there is just beyond a joke. Blackberry has always produced the best of phones even their BB10 OS was better than any other OS but due to the stupidity of society and lack of vision from developers but the KEYone is definitely the best Android phone I have ever used and I test every single high end phone released even Japanese handsets. Blackberry KEYone has made Android perfect and productive after lacking in many areas. Only those with half a brain can see that BB makes true communication and multitasking devices and not toys like Apple and Samsung. A phone is meant to be the elite device for true communication and not a gaming console. You want to play games buy yourself a Nintendo 3DS you want a true communication device there's nothing better than a Blackberry phone!

I can't see exactly what is wrong with BB phones and brand, maybe some of you are paid to just drag down the name in the mobile phones industry... If you don't like BB then move on instead of saying all sorts about the brand...

I actually think typing with a software keyboard is better than hardware keyboard. Just my opinion.

The real news is that BlackBerry just discontinued the DTEK60. No longer available from their online store. Lasted about eight months from birth til death. Don't expect much more from the KEYone.
