I don't know why people hate bezels. I personally like them as it gives a premium feel to the phone.

Sony is the best and bla Bla. The new phone doesn't even come with a fast charger from the box. It needs to be bought as extra. Way to go, Sony.

An excellent phone (flagship), I really like its specs, features, innovations, etc. But ohh my God the bezels are toooo too much. Hopefully Sony will finally take example (or whatever) from all the phones such as: (Sharp...), Mi Mix, G6, S8 duo, the newly launched Essential PH-1, even a lot of quite small/new Chinese companies with almost bezel-less models, and they are increasing rapidly. Plus the upcoming V30 & Note 8, and much more will follow. So hopefully Sony will start working really hard on those really huge bezels and so AT LEAST for next year they'll keep on the same right track/philosophy, etc, as very high-end specs, features, etc. But at the same time have an aesthetically beautiful flagship phone at a parallel level with the others, more modern (trendy, etc). And in fact it's not just to follow or for show or something like that, but just for the simple reason that in fact it is much better to have more screen-to-body ratio than not. It definitely doesn't make any sense to have a huge phone but than with a small display, it's absolutely non sense. So let's hope that at least next year's XZ Premium (2 or so?) Will be really a more complete flagship to compete, etc.

Every one knows why SONY is better than SAMSUNG or LG. When it comes to durability and reliability no Android brand can compete with it. Samsung is worse even inferior to LG when it comes to durability and reliability. Fact is XPERIA XZ PREMIUM is faster and smoother than S8 and S8+ . If you test S8 and XZ PREMIUM after few months of usage you can clearly see that XPERIA is still running as smooth as it did on day 1 but GALAXY lags and runs slower than before. That is the difference which matters most. What good are features if they are unable to perform as smoothly as they are intended to do.
