Serious question: Is it the same to buy an unlocked phone or a carrier Samsung phone (in my case a T-Mobile version)? Are the frequencies going to give us full data? Thanks.

Why can't we have proper unlocked Exynos versions? How come the USA and all it's power gets the lesser of 2 CPUs and doesn'tget the 6gigs?
