ankit..., 02 Jun 2017q.c. 4 is available in zte nubia 2017That's the only phone with QC4.0.
I think the reason for none of those devices having QC 4.0 is also because of qualcomms PMIC not being released at the moment. The SMB1380 and 81 aren't going to be released until the end of the year but that's not an excuse to be fair. Those devices could and should be having QC4.0 in them. Charging the amount they do for them. Its ridiculous.

Google already ... moreQuick Charge 4 and above is compatible and/or compliant with the USB PD specification so Qualcomm is actually adhering to Google's guidelines. This means Quick Charge won't go away as it's supposed to be an improvement over other charging standards and gives Qualcomm an advantage through proprietary technologies.

It's best for you to charge your phone using the normal voltage if you're not in a hurry. It will help your battery life to live much longer. Quick Charging destroys or kills the cells in your battery much faster compared to regular charging
Sei Sohai, 02 Jun 2017And yet... silly Samsung still stuck in Quick Charge 2.0 era
What a shame. It's just a number. The S7/Edge and S8/S8+ will charge in 90 minutes and that's all you need to know.
Quick Charge(TM) might soon disappear in favor of regular USB-C fast charging. Google already gave signs that future versions of Android might require devices to instead adopt USB-C fast charging standards. Which is fine by me, my 5X charges in minutes and without any fuss.
That might explain why QC is making noise over their proprietary tech.

extended (bigger, higher capacity) battery:
one charge lasts several days, therefore no need to recharge every day.
And don't forget that batteries degrade, lose capacity over time which means they discharge much faster (especially after about 2 years of usage) and the Quick Charge or power banks won't help. But with removable battery you can insert a new life (new battery) in your phone.
Sei Sohai, 02 Jun 2017And yet... silly Samsung still stuck in Quick Charge 2.0 era What a shame.no one cares. samsung is no longer relevant.
So I'm guessing that phones that were announced/sold before this will not get QC 4+. That kinda sucks, man

You can here see that there are still no devices that support Quick Charge 4.
Btw. there has not been any device announced that should support Quick Charge 4.

Wishful thinking from fans hoping quick implementatation of QC 4.0 or even 4+ will happen soon, but unfortunately it'll take more than a next generation of devices & third party manufacturers to put it on the market.
Sei Sohai, 02 Jun 2017And yet... silly Samsung still stuck in Quick Charge 2.0 era What a shame. You didn't mention Apple which didn't even bring fast charging yet.
You can introduce ultra charge thay charges phones in 5 minutes and I still wouldn't use it. Charging faster than 1.5 A degrades battery life significantly. In fact, the slower the charge the longer the batter will last.
Back when we had removable batteries that might not have been a problem, but nowadays it most certainly is. I chargr my S7 with a 1A charger. It takes 3 hours from 0 to 100 which is nothing. About the time I read an article online and drink a tea it's done. Especially considering it's better to keep your battery between 20 and 80 so I usually don't let it go below 15 or charge over 95.
