I downloaded the update and while installing the phone switched off with the "charging" emblem displayed even when the phone is not charging. What a bad idea it was. And now my phone doesnÂ’t start.

My Moto x play keeps on restarting ......battery backup is gone ...only last for 6_7 hours after full charge ...takes a lot of time to charge ....worst update

My moto x play ... keeps restarting while upgrading to 7.1.1 ... and it doesn't stop... it been doing like this for about 1 hour now......ai think the 7.1 update is a total failure.... and now i can't even revert back to my old os 6.0.. any ideas on how to fix it......please help....

Eric, 15 Oct 2017you guys are all bad! i have a xt1563 and use the india nougat update on xda dev and EVERYTHIN... moreProblem is, you did not understand the camera the moto x play had... Now nougat 7 has killed it. Battery backup has gone down.. I must sue lenovo for killing my old moto to sell new

I am facing battery issues...the battery backup has fallen considerably...I am.getting a backup of only 7-8 hrs after a full.charge...and also it takes 2hrs for a full charge on a turbocharger...
Any solutions for this problem ??
