R u really sure that's J5 (2015)? That picture exactly J5 (2016) -_- . Fyi, J5/J7 (2015) just still marshmallow. But, it's okay nobody perfect :)
PLAYER SLAYER, 04 Jun 2017After Android O is already released? That's just crazyI knew Sharp phones in 2014 got Lolipop update after Marshmallow came out.
Anonymous, 03 Jun 2017The picture is J5 (2016)...It's a mistake. I've ever seen some articles with similar phone picture like this.
Anonymous, 03 Jun 2017And my galaxy alpha still on lollipop...do you wanna exchange Alpha with J5?
AnonD-558092, 03 Jun 2017What the... and the A5 2015?yes
J5 2015 version ? what? are you kidding most users haven't even received marshmallow update yet, we're stock in L version.
And my galaxy alpha still on lollipop...
What the... and the A5 2015?
Well maybe you need a magnifying glass, but the J5 (2015) is there from the start. The SG-J500F is listed to get Nougat on 1 Oct 2017 in the original road-map list
I never got Marshmallow for it via OTA updates.
(J500H)
How could they update it to Nougat?
But at some point I had managed to flash a Korean Marshmallow though I rolled back to Lollipop after some days.
Samsung Galaxy J5 2016 shares the same exact hardware as my Asus Zenfone Max
SnapDragon 410, 2GB RAM, 16GB ROM.
So in short, there's a possibility that my phone will get it, too, but I wish Asus will not abandon my unit.
I'm still glad that they support mine still, with the March 1 2017 security update - not the latest, but better than not, right?
The picture is J5 (2016)...
