Now I know why Mr Jobs uses a Nokia N8 and not an Apple Iphone 4.
Lolz. But only when the media is around him, he would borrow his driver's IPhone 4 and flip it in front of the media. And when the media are all gone, he would honestly return the iphone 4 back to his driver, b'coz Mr Jobs does not want to be tracked.

The lack of security and privacy on phones is well known. Android and Apple being the worst. Blackberry may not be cutting edge, but they work and confidentially. Enough said surely!

First they start sue companies (latest victim Samsung) next they gonna sue Android (google) for jus giving em a run for their money..lol
They should be ashamed of themselves...i mean violating the privacy of millions of customers wit out batting an eyelid...jus bcoz sum1 buys ur product doesnt mean u get the right to know wat d customer is doing at any point of time...
i thk they should be sued for Protection of "Intellectual Property"...coz things r getting more n more retarded atleast hopefully that will stunt the decline in the company's apparently exsisting "Intellect"

Sorry to rain on everyone's parade, but ALL people with mobile phones of any description are tracked this way.
Every time you enter a new cell tower zone, your mobile will handshake that tower & that data (including your phone number) is then stored by the carrier. How else do you think Police are able to track to the last point someone had their mobile switched on, in the event that they may go missing.
It's not actively monitored in real time. You cannot simply monitor billions of people worldwide in real time. And even if you could what would you be watching. Oooh, Mrs Miggins is off to the corner shop again. How boring is that....
Or - you could simply slate the iphone as usual for doing this on the phone, whilst blissfully ignoring the fact that you are also being tracked.

Apple should make a cool advertisement about this for their upcoming iPhone 5 this year. A feature which doesn't require an App to stalk the whereabouts of iPhone users around the world.

Compared Android, and it's ability to access thousands of phones remotely and delete anything inside your phone, this locations mumbo jumbo is nothing.
If you worry about security, then ANDROID is far far far far far worse.
No wonder andriod lags like hell, because Google is watching YOU! ahahahaha!

hmmm.. i dont see a problem with it. if they're talking about security and safety stuff, by the time they extract the data where my location is, im probably not there anymore.
i mean any product out there can do it. like webcam manufacturers can also spy on you and send images/videos of you back to there database while you're using it. etc

One simply can't deny the fact that americans' would be using all these facebook, google(the biggest one), mircrosoft, Apple etc for secret profiling of anybody who is connected through these. I don't why it satisfies their soul to make everybody their slave. My android device is going in bin today.
