Chrome is the best in my opinion. I'm used to Chrome and can't think of using any other browser. Samsung Internet Browser is quite fast but the usability sucks compared to Chrome.. All I need is a night mode feature built in Chrome..

Anonymous, 05 Jun 2017No thanks. I'm happy with Chrome. Also Opera is superb browser with ad blocker built in.Opera is great, but you can choose between several ad blocking extensions for the Samsung browser from the Play Store. With Adblock Plus you can also block tracking, acceptable ads and social media buttons (but this option is too much) and it's blazing fast. Where Opera blocks 2-3 annoyances, Samsung browser blocks 10-20 and pages load crazy fast.

With Adblock Plus some websites open 2-3 times faster than anything else. Opera and some others block ads too, but this one blocks more, and optionally blocks tracking as well. Using it as default.

The only thing I miss from Chrome is the auto-translate, the adblock more than makes up for it.

Best thing about this browser is that it downloads YouTube videos rather any video!

You should try the Samsung Browser with Adblock Plus before commenting on it... You'll clearly be surprised with how smooth mobile browsing can be.
Another recommended plugin is All In One Gestures, which adds Windows-like edge gestures to the browser.

Samsungs implementation of multi-window is still better than googles and Samsung devices have had it for years.

Samsungs music player is miles ahead of the stock google music player.

And yeah I have used Chrome, Firefox, Opera and Samsungs internet browser and I prefer Samsungs.

So to say Sammy are rubbish on the software side just isn't true, some of the software features and apps are alot better than the competitions.

Ok, but Chrome has always, is and will always be better... It may consume more resources than other browsers , but it does it job whatever you may throw at it, it's more versatile... And we can't say that Samsung does something else than mediocre software, after all it's a hardware company.
