In the past, OnePlus was so unique in design. I remember OnePlus X... It was like bijou. They adopt mute key from Apple, but they go further - implement 2 stages - one full silent mode and one for VIP contacts.
Now I feel that they lost the inspiration - OnePlus 5 looks in the back almost like iPhone 7 Plus. The camera setup is so ugly and Apple's like.
If that is true, then I'm disappointed. They must decide - will they be unique or will be just another iPhone copycat company.

If OnePlus want 5, they are going to need to above just mere specs, although that'll help considerably. Software is the major reason for Google's success and copying the pixel to ensure fast updates, can surely only be a good thing for their sales. Move all their apps to the Google Play Store so previous customers can download that additional functionality if they wish.
