Cheesey1, 22 Apr 2011Android devices also do this. Here's a link to an article on it. http://www.bloomberg.com/n... moreof course android does even one knows that, apon turning your android phone on for the first time the initial set up ask you do you want location services from google and gps to track your location to update features like weather, latitute, nearby services and all that. With android its announced to you straight away and you can allow access or not.

Apple its seems tracks you even if you refuse access. Did apple ask you can it take your photo while on facetime?

Apples can sometimes have a nasty worm inside it seems all APPLES products do

"The real issue is that a file kept unencrypted on your iGadgets holds a record of all your movements from about an year ago and that file is copied to any computer you’ve synced it to and any backups you might have made.

Anyone getting access to the file (called consolidated.db), either by hacking a device that contains a copy of the file or simply stealing the device itself, can easily extract a log of your whereabouts over the last year."

Andriod doesn't store a history of your locations on a file (let alone an unencrypted file) on your phone, nor transfer it to a PC.

                    Thats the issue.

It's another attack by the Anti-Apple brigade that will fail once again.
