In fact, the new 3,5,6 are using Nokia's polarizing display tech, or as you know as "ClearBlack". The reason they don't name it like before, because the name belongs to MS now. MS have the brand patent, all the technology still at Nokia. Because all the R&D placed under Nokia Technogies division, which wasn't sold to MS. The only thing sold to MS is the worker, plant and right to manufacture Nokia Device (which to be silly rebranded to Microsoft). HMD and Foxxcon subsidary took over MS' Nokia Mobile Division and start making phones like today. Design, spec, etc by HMD, while manufacturing done by Foxxcon. The reason all these chinese thing comes up is because the involvement of Foxxcon. Nokia's plant is still in MS, and it's really costly to build another plant. So, why not just use the service that already done?

HMD bought Nokia's Mobile Division Sept 2014. HMD is composed of former Nokia Execs, Nokia Engineers and staff that got laid off by Microsoft after they took over Nokia's Mobile Division and started making Lumias. HMD is a Finnish company located in Finland but has offices in some countries. HMD has FoxConn producing Nokia now. FoxConn is a Chinese company but was previously owned by Nokia Finland themselves before they sold it. If any of you is laughing at FoxConn, well, they are just the manufacturers of your devices/gadgets with the brand of Apple, Acer, HP, Sony, Xiaomi, Dell, LG (selected). You can keep hating products of Nokia or maybe Chinese products but know that also Samsung has some of their products and supply came from China.

There are no wannabe here most of the hmd staff are ex Nokia employees.. they are in finland right next to Nokia.. main Nokia is """"board member""" of hmd and can deny any phone they don't like.. most of the engineers laid off by Microsoft are being recruited by hmd
Microsoft does not own patents for pure view and clearblackk .. they only own the trademark..
Nokia 3 and Nokia 5 have clear black display ..but they can't call it clear black because of trademark.. so they are simply calling it polarised filter/display..
Nokia 6 is one of the toughest phones of this year .. Nokia quality

For all people saying its another chinese blahblahblah, nokia corp licensed the nokia brand to hmd global to market nokia branded phones all the control of quality etc was under strict supervision of nokia corp.sooner nokia will acquire hmd and nokia will be a parent company of hmd.

3310 is a must buy. 3, 5 and 6 isn't due to their anemic chipset.
