      Consider MeeGo as Google's ChromeOS!

max, 22 Apr 2011mego is computer systemMeego is the future that microsoft doesn't want

meego is an netbook OS that can be a full desktop/laptop OS in the future
        meego is a smartphone OS
meego can be installed in a car as the touchscreen OS
meego can be installed in a TVs as the menu OS
        meego is free
meego can be applied in alot of ways which microsoft is afraid of
that's why elop is there to stop meego and take over nokia and bring down symbian

Meego looked very promising back in the days when Nokia led the way; only if they had managed to develop it faster. The absence of a proper mobile solution form Intel delayed the project.
Maemo 5 was an outstanding platform (in some way I think it was better than Android- more flexible, more complex) with a great legacy for Meego.

Between the 2 I actually trust Huawei more to be able to get into international territories obviously.Still Panasonic is a nice surprise.A couple of HUGE probs however...Huawei are still some ways to go on product design's front.I'm putting it mildly here.Even ZTE's Blade have that minimalistic edge over anything with Huawei's badge on.And it's still arguable if they're willing to stop half assing hardware for fast sales.
