Well they never had an original design the first ever one plus was inspired by the xperia arc since the xperia arc was the best looking phone during the launch of the first one plus.

Guys.. You all want cheap and powerful phones right.. This is how Oneplus able to provide you by cutting cost especially design and just copy from whatever phone that is popular.. If you can breakdown the cost of buying this device for example ($250 for hardware, $50 for design and another $50 for quality testing/warranty) I doubt they will pay the additional cost and just pay for the hardware(even willing to skip testing and warranty).. You think coming up with a creative and beautiful design costs nothing?? You cheapskates then come here and complain this phone is looks similar to something else

For example, you can easily identify if a phone is a Samsung, or a LG, or a Sony, or an Apple without even looking at their logo. They have their own unique design, especially on their flagship. But this, the OP5, it's just disappointing, especially when you consider that OnePlus also have their own unique design a few years back. This is just lazy.

It's not about who had a horizontal camera design first! It's about how similar the OP5 design to a iPhone 7 Plus. I mean seriously, even a toddler can mistake this for an iPhone 7 Plus. This looks nothing at all as a Huawei P9! Just look at it, camera, antenna line, bezel size and all. This is just a shameful copy. When a company copy, it means their lazy.

Waiting for the Axon 8 and Zenfone 4 (or any successor to it) if they don't follow the bandwagon design.
