This is an Honor 8 Pro / P10+ with a lower screen resolution, so what's the... moreThe cycle starts with Mate lineup and then P series. Mate 9 with Kirin 960, then followed by P10 with same processor. As for the Honor flagship, the Honor 9 will usually use the same specs for the P series of that year, so in this case also the Kirin 960 like the P10.
You can observe the same pattern with previous alterations.
Mate 8 with Kirin 950, P9 with Kirin 955 (overclocked 950) and Honor 8 with 950
Mate 7 with Kirin 925, P8 with 930/935 and Honor 7 with 935

Why didn't they use a trackpad-like fingerprint sensor on the front instead of on-screen-buttons ?
Besides that, fantastic phone and probably the best camera in its price segment just as last year.
