Maybe its going to be the best flagship out there.
Anonymous, 10 Jun 2017first of all xiaomi is a piece of shit company which compeletly undeestimate indian market and... moreIf you have slightest of knowledge about mobile devices, you would have known the quality Xiaomi delivers.
Mi5 was not a failure, but indian market could never accept Xiaomi charging 20k plus for its device. It was an eye opener for Xiaomi. They realised that indians want only economy products and not quality premium devices.
One+ 5 is surely going to be 35k plus. Just remember what was price tag of One+1????
Startegy is simple - enter the market at low tag, get established and then raise the prices.
End of the day OPPO,VIVO & One+ are babies of same parent -BBK.
Established brands are upfront about pricing, but One+ slowly starts cutting into your pockets. XIAOMI, though new comer , is more upfront and clear.
This Chinese company never ever think about different or unique designs about Smartphones they just copying from another company for an example they copy a design from op3/3t from HTC Now in op5 from iPhone.....
Instead "Focus on you design".
Anonymous, 10 Jun 2017i m having one plus 3T 128 gb i want to exchange with one plus 5 8gb ram 128 gb version as cel... moreDonate ur 128gb op3t instead
iphone clone lmao
The invite code will allow one to buy the OP5 at the event itself.
i use to admire about one plus. out of many devices they chose iphone 7s plus design?
will people not just mock the user as "iphone clone". sorry Samsung i thought only you copied blindly! every pre orders should also get "apple logo sticker"
The launch event will be held in a place which has a capacity of at the most 15,000 to 20,000. Hence, only so many Invites can be issued. Does OnePlus want to sell only this many handsets? This seems to be a marketing gimmick to arouse interest and anticipation.
Sounds incredible. At the most, it is a gimmick to attract people to attend the launch event to be held in Mumbai.
Look at this the other way : There would be many prospective buyers all over India who may not be able to attend (or interested in attending) the launch event held in one city of India. Does it then mean that, just because they did not buy the Invites, they will also not be able to buy the gadget?
Vic4BBM, 10 Jun 2017Ahh. Being invited to buy an iPhone replica ? Matter to be proud of OR being ashamed of? ... morefirst of all xiaomi is a piece of shit company which compeletly undeestimate indian market and they brought mi5 with lowest spec in india for which it failed. they womt bring mi6 simply because they know no indian is stupid enough to waste flagship money on a xiaomi phone when oneplus offer so much better spec, software and support than xiaomi. 70% people buying redmi note and redmi either student or as first phone or secondary phone. the software amd support is horrible. OTHER BIGDOGS WILL NEVER BRING PHONES AT THE PRICE OF ONEPLUS SIMPLY BECAUSE THEY JUST LOVE YOUR MONEY.

Invite for a limited edition? I don't think they will go back to the old invite system where an invite is the only way of purchasing a phone.
It's companies decision and we have to accept it, may be it's a good idea to circulates the product to the person who have an idea of Oneplus and who is willing eagerly to buy it like me. I have been using Oneplus 3T since the launch and would say
LUCKY ME.
They do everything to decrease sales
there are a lot of choice out there, no need to wait for a phone that cannot be bought at launch.

... moreAre you stupid, look at Xiaomi. That company always sell their budget devices at good level...
Even xiaomi said MI5 was their worst flagship ever launched in India...
Coz buyer percentage was really less.
On other hand, OnePlus have OnePlus 3 and OnePlus 3T for sale in India... That's all because of their fast software support...
And even apple customer care is really bad in India... We can't do anything with it.
It all depends on the person we met at service centre...
So go and work on your knowledge...
Hey, that invite code are meant for entry in the event only...
No , invite system is history now...
