ha ha. I am so happy to hear this. Apple gonna looooooosssssseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee....yahooooooooooo!!!!!!!
haha, i hope apple lose, go bankrupt an close down that stupid walled garden caled itunes.
a side note, apple kindly put an i infront off everything, so i just call everything idiot as i suppose thats what the i means about the person who bought it.
alex, 26 Apr 2011This was bound to happen but haven't users agreed in the t&c's that this info can be store... moreT&C part is bull imo... am going to exagerate a bit but.... if i get you to sign in a contract 100 pages long in the fine print that i can cause harm to you in any way should the proper auorities not pursue to punish me if i do hurt you?...no, contracts and t&c have to abide by the law my friend :)
mark, 26 Apr 2011i feel sorry for apple. it looks like the company develops these idea, and then everyone copie... moreThey dont realize that without apple pc's wont exist...and many more......this doesnt look too good...this might even effect the release of iphone 5 :(
mark, 26 Apr 2011i feel sorry for apple. it looks like the company develops these idea, and then everyone copie... moredon't feel sorry for them they knew strongly about it and should have stopped it from years ago this is not right to be tracking people and now that they are being exposed more people will step up and sue them for that same thing and watch their downfall
You reap what you sow,i hate apple for so many reasons.they are like a weird sect of a company or paranoid.I wish ALL people full success in the courts in suing apple.
alex, 26 Apr 2011but surely if this info is stored on your personal computer isnt it your right to protect that... moreit's not the storage of it that is being disputed, it's the fact that it was collected in the first place.
but surely if this info is stored on your personal computer isnt it your right to protect that data. not apples if apple do not receive this data and store it then can see the point that people are concerned. if apple dont have the data then surely its not at risk?
alex, 26 Apr 2011This was bound to happen but haven't users agreed in the t&c's that this info can be store... moreApart from what is in the T&C, Apple has a few laws to abide to as well, even though the company often tries to make you believe otherwise.
One of these laws is the protection of privacy, any data collected that can be related to/infringe on the privacy of the customer must not be accessible to any third party, which is not the case with ' consolidated.db ' files.
i reckon apple should loose, then they might learn not everyone in the world bums apple, and then make more effort to manufacture better phones
this is not info for just research, read up on the illumimati and freemasons.THIS IS THE NEW WORLD ORDER!!!
This was bound to happen but haven't users agreed in the t&c's that this info can be stored I am sure I read this somewhere. If they have agreed then they have no rights, right? I am sure that apple won't lose sleep over this and will close the case and prevent people from doing it again. Pretty sure they would of known the laws of there own country before doing something like this.
Apple should not make software, iOS, that track and store/save information anywhere about the users location!
Apple use to sue anyone anytime over almost nothing at all, like how they sue Samsung for their phones looking to much like IPhones even though the law only really apply if someone completely copy the design and making it look identical and put an Apple-logo on the copied phone (many cars today look almost identical and it is often impossible so see what brand it is, so it is completely legal to look almost the same as long as they are not looking compeletly identical), so it is only good that Apple themself feel how it feels to be sued. It is definetly to easy to sue anyone in the US, and Apple missuse their right to sue and occupy time in the courts.
