I can get Xiaomi Mi6 for around 400 euros including taxes.. if OP5 only has a better camera compared to OP3(T) together with newer chipset, I don't see the point in buying OP5. I doubt it will be IPxx certified, but let's see.

holy moly, the price is not "shocking" for EU standards, the Nexus 5x and 6p were hillarious and the oneplus 5 is -at least- funny. Oneplus didnt achive the standard of being a flagship-killer, though it's specs are great, the design never was. Also the close stock but not really stock android is cheap at best. Im sure many people will still buy this thing, but I went to import a xiaomi instead. Oneplus, you lost me.

I mean I'd rather pay half the price of any flagship for a phone that matches them almost perfectly, minus a 4k screen, which sony doesnt openly support for vr with, so again, a pointless feature to have on such a small screen. I got the s8+ and I know when i've been beaten, this phone will gain so much traction that hopefully oneplus will put new procedures in place to get the 2 years of updates. I forgot what else you put purely because I was afraid of losing more brain cells half way through, just admit defeat and wait for another mediocre sony phone to come out, with the same bezels, with the same camera, with the same poor battery life.

[deleted post]When it comes to India, China and us it is easy for company to customize the phone one time and sell it across the country. But EU is a lot of countries and should customize the phone to each market so they look it as each country separately. This what I think.
