jakethesnake, 29 Apr 2011yes ,Apple doubled market share, now Ebay is full of iphones, one sold every 20-30 mins :)apple fans sell their iphones this time for people who can't afford new phone since new iphone coming out during summer and apple is consistent with phone release lol! main advantage of using apple's stuff is it can easily be sold as second hand lol! very good resale value

Rakeb, 29 Apr 2011where sonyericsson????????????? and htc ???????????? this news is falseIf it is,it isn`t much.
market share is in numbers of phones sold, also known as shipment volume.
How much money they will have after sales depends on the price of handsets they sell.
So htc haves about 2 % market share, but average price of their phones are very hihg... so do the math. :)

About se i was shocked that their market share is only included in the others category (based on the chart)... Zte is somehow new to me i didn't know that they even surpass se in the market share...

well, if the trend continues iPhone will kick Nokia's ass in about 3 years:))
While ZTE's success is mainly due to it's combination of relatively cheap and relatively good smartphones, let's say ZTE Blade (San Francisco on UK Orange), costs only £99 brand new!
                                        Anyway, I prefer iPhone:))
Byt bought the ZTE blade for my nephew ;))
