Why no black for 128GB.
64GB storage still not enough for photos,video,music and other stuff,forget about the sd card,will slow down the device tremendously,wake up Xiaomi.

AnonD-661148, 03 Jul 2017This matte black of mi max2 has 4 gb ram too? I'll skip it unless it has 6 gb ram like c9 samsung..Anything above 4GB in an android phone is overkill. The excess, unused RAM is just bragging rights with absolutely no use at all as it doesn't anymore result to meaningful improvement in performance. It's just like the megapixel race. You only need 8 megapixels to print high quality photos in 8R (letter sized) prints and to display it in a 4K tv. Even then, unless the tv is >70", you won't notice the difference between full hd and 4K unless you sit awfully close. And to think people never print photos in larger than 8R sizes and just post them in Facebook, viewed on 5.0" - 6.0" phone screens. How uninformed buyers can be.

But for humongous phones like the 6.4" Mi max, I noticed that putting a gold colored super-sized phone on your ears to make and answer calls doesn't attract as much attention. The reason has to do with the low contrast of gold with brown or lighter skin tones which gives the optical illusion of a smaller phone. It's the same optical illusion when you are holding it in your hand that makes it smaller looking than it actually is. If you are black or have dark sjin however, black and darker colored phones may achieve the same effect.

i purchased the mi max 2 great phone. was a lil scared with the downgraded processor but when i see how i play games all day and still no need to charge its an upgrade from any phone i have ever owned

I would really want this phone but it isn't available in the north American markets. I'm so sorry Xiaomi but my next choice has to be the Moto x4.
