SAMSUNG makes money for more offering.... when you already buy the their product you will realize that you made the wrong decision.. Poor quality product.. Samsung only focus on mass production that sacrifice Good Quality of product... Like my brother who bought samsung mobile phone... he's no longer happy and will never buy one...

The only reason people stick with Apple is they are stuck in the Apple trap. They have bought Apps and know if they go to another phone they wont have them. At least with android I can switch phone and my account will still have all my apps.

RejZoR, 01 May 2011Main problem with Samsung is that most of their customers are one time buyers. Mostly because ... moreBS you must be an Apple fanboy. I had 2 software problems with my SGS and I took it to service centre and got the phone back on the same day problem solved. If you are talking about upgrading thats BS also. Everyone in the UK has got 2.2 and some are getting 2.3.3 official updates. Its not Samsung its the network providers that are shit.

Main problem with Samsung is that most of their customers are one time buyers. Mostly because of their horrific software and tech support. There are some ppl who continue to buy their phones but on the other end there are lots of them who bought it once, experienced their awful way of treating customers and went to the competition. In theory even this could work for a while but unless they seriously fix the way how they work, the whole thing will eventually just stop and their sales will dive to red numbers.

Anonymous, 01 May 2011By the end of the year Galaxy S would have sold around 20mil and Galaxy S 2 about 10~12mil. Ga... moreAs long as we know that Galaxy lines are good product, i don't think so many will be sold by the end of the year, due to Apple supremacy. Don't forget the i5 has to be released.
It has taken almost 1 year for Galaxy S to reach those about 14M and it wasn't specially expensive on its release whatever people say, mine was "only" priced 420 euros on july 2010. S2 due to its high hype won't be that price at all i think, and i really regret that for people buying like me without any subscription.
And off course, competition has grown around Galaxy S since then so that it's not clearly the Android phone to get like last year with only HTC Desire/HD as contender. (forget about the benches, people won't go in stores and see benches on phones description).

[deleted post]What's so wrong with plastic (or likes) bodies of current phones ?
I mean, you won't keep your phone for 5 years like in early 2000's. The phone will be heavier and in every way the most possible thing you may break on it is the screen until they use their flexible screen, i was hoping for Galaxy S2, but maybe not before Galaxy S3 generation.

This is good news Galaxy S sold 14m. Galaxy S 2 will double the sales and will end Steve Jobs.

[deleted post]The omina 7 has that style and felt real goods. However however it has windows phone 7 is a bit meh. Once true multi taking I can see it being a better alt to iso and android.

I'm not surprised Samsung products are usually very bad quality, especially their TVs. I like Samsung they have a lot of potential but they need to start improving the build quality of their products in order for them to make massive sales and profit. Good luck to them hope to see some great stuff from them.
