GSMArena and the other similar sites are USA obsessed. Even though their readership base is mainly based in Europe, India and Indonesia or something, they keep on publishing irrelevant articles about US for no news really. Virtually every Amazon site in Europe beats that Amazon US price.

Why not go for the larger demographic and get everyone to click by not specifying the region the deals are available in. Way to get people's hopes up.

Saudi arabia is the best country to buy smartphones.
S8 is going for $633 and s8+ for $713 in UAE.

20 EUR difference for waterproofing, way better screen, more reliable support, microSD, more LTE bands, way better image camera, way better video recording, historically much better security and OS updates and on and on...

That's so mean! Samsung didn't do any price cut in India. It's still Rs.57900 ($900) online and offline. The only site where it's cheap is eBay that costs around $760 that too without Samsung warranty.
