AnonD-299209, 03 Jul 2017Brand may be crap!.... but honestly this is one of the most solid phones they've ever released... moremy daughter has this phone since it was launched, the phone has never failed to her, and also she won a digital photograph competition she won the 3rth place competing even with high ended phone pictures like galaxy s6
AnonD-235211, 03 Jul 2017An update to Marshmallow? How many decades have I been scrolling down the news feed???it has been just one year, keep in mind that this is a very small company compared to Sammy, lets say Shamesung NOTE4 was launched back in 2014 almost 4 years later they never fixed they reboot and battery issues, and their updates wasn't so fast 3 years just to stock over Marshmallow. BLU LIFE ONE X 2016 is a very good phone.
7 years later: Blu Grand X LTE, released in 2017 with Nougat, just got a security patch! It bumps the security level to the May 1st 2017 patch.
Anonymous, 03 Jul 2017It is very good for this crap phone. Brand is crap too.Brand may be crap!.... but honestly this is one of the most solid phones they've ever released, very good quality of build, good camera, good battery life and performance, cant ask for more... at least myself cuz i bought it for $99 on launch :)

Just updated my Blu Life One X to Marshmallow a couple weeks ago. Most everything seems to work better than Lollipop except the front selfie cam which now displays a very dark onscreen image and takes grossly underexposed photos. And oh yeah, the Marshmallow update also automatically encrypts your phone, which makes it run a little more laggy than before the update.

Anonymous, 03 Jul 2017It is very good for this crap phone. Brand is crap too.Indeed, it's so useless that we get this update now, nearly 2 years after release. This update was going to be released within 90 days of launch... ha, yeah. What's the point of releasing 6.0 when 8.0 is about to come out?
Personally, my L1X is going on the trash soon and I'll be buying a Zenfone... at least Asus has a decent track record with updates.
Such an old device / OS update.... Is that a news even worth coming on GSMArena?
