I have desire hd on Vodafone UK all updated to gingerbread but the keyboard has not changed. Is anyone else getting this?
Hi, I have the Desire HD, I am on 3 network in Ireland, just wondering when the update to Gingerbread will be available to me here in Ireland?

Abouy five hours ago and i did it and now im runong 2.3 its verri fast, u can get in the uk now just check for update.
I've checked at my HTC Desire today (05.05.2011) & there is no update available here in Bangladesh. Can anyone advise me when the updates are available here?

Jason: 2.3 was released for your device yesterday. It may take a couple of days to get through to your device as we do about 30k devices a day.
Jimbo: I take it then not everyone in the UK can update their phone on the same day like you could if you had an iPhone and connect it to iTunes to perform an update. How will I know where I am in the queue as there must be hundreds of thousands of these phones in circulation in the UK?
Jason: We are doing 30k a day up to the 8th of this month. then after that all devices will be able to update
Jason: This is so we don't overload the OTA servers
Jimbo: Okay fair enough. I'll just wait until it's my turn then in that case, cheers.
