Even now I'm not sure how will they survive using bezelless design, even with bezels got less battery. Bezelless xperia should come this year, wish it is flagship.

The reviews say it's great so far, with surprisingly good battery life even if its batt.capacity is low on paper, good performance, and competitive camera. The complaints were more on its design. The pricing is also good for its brand name against its midrange rivals especially against the more expensive, less powered, and gimmicky OPPO F3. We just got used to seeing Xiaomi which is undoubtedly the best in its price.
Sony also gives frequent updates to its midrange phone. The year-old Xperia XA still gets updates.
I feel the Sony fanboy blood rushing through my veins. xD

XA1 can reach 7h SoT.

sony, 05 Jul 2017I'd sill love to get a sony phone. whatever people say, I still love their design choices. how... moreI guess their flagship phones are ok, even though they still have quite poor value compared to the competition (which excludes Apple and Samsung). But their mid range and low end phones are absolute bs. They are underpowered (seriously, Sony still uses the freakin Helio P10, the worst SoC in history besides MT6737T, MT6750 and SD 615) and out of cheap materials, like the XA1 at prices where you can get the fully equipped Xiaomi Mi 6 still uses a plastic unibody. And their updates aren't on point as well, while low end never gets an update to die in quiet pain and mid range gets one major updates full of bugs, then no update at all. They just fully concentrate on flagships, and their mid range and low end are just phones to show the Sony logo (even though this is not as good as an Apple or Samsung or to some people even Huawei logo)
