Yes, there are many things can be said about Apple's iPhone. But this would be another issue.
In the mean time, l am not with or against Google. Nor with or against Apple. There is no generalisation here.
I stopped buying any phone above 300 $, since long time. Not because l can't afford, because l feel this is a fair price for good specs phone. Being said, this is my way of democracy ;-)

To all people debating which OS is the worst or best, and whether Apple is bad or not....etc
This is not the point here.
The point is Google selling open source iOS (Android) and in the mean time forcing other companies to use Google's proprietary applicatios.
Understanding this, you will find that it doesn't NOT apply to APPLE.
Apple doesn't sell iOS to others and There is no phone carries samsung, LG, Sony ....etc branding and iOS inside it.
So, please stop DEBATING whether apple did the same as Google or not, because your debate is based on misunderstanding.

In relations to catch more and more info about your activities and interests, Google implements strange access in their apps and services. You can't search in Google after few times, if you do not agree with Google to receive ads track your site history etc. Also why app like YouTube player need access to my contacts, phone history etc?
For this things I agree with EU to fine them.
In the past Microsoft was fined just for implementing Internet explorer in Windows without option to uninstall it.
