The 3310 would benefit from having global 3G.

                      I have a 2013 Chromebook Pixel (outstanding machine), and it's fine as it is without any new updates to the UX. Hope Google don't dumb Chrome OS down. The app dock is more than easy enough to operate with the touch screen.
