I like the simple clam shell flip phones , no mucking around , just flip it open to accept a call and slam it shut to end the call......who needs peasant buttons or extra hassle of internet to distract you from your day ?
And why even the pretty and delicate all glass heavy gadget laden devices of today that you can't keep your eyes off .
There is something to be said for an unobtrusive simple device for just calls that is also almost indestructible and has two or three week battery life .
My dear old mum has one of these simple bright purple little clam shell phones that she treats with utter disdain that manages too survive rolling around in the bottom of her womanly suitcase
Like handbag day after day ..
But after all that talk of simple no fuss communicating device , i wouldn't mind giving sammys flash flip device a run .

I used to want a W2017. Ended up going a different route. Was hoping that the W2018 would feature a the Snapdragon 835. As the W2017 use's the Snapdragon 820 SoC, this'll mean only an incremental improvement over last years model.

I trust them. They know how to make cool flip phones (yes, I did put the words "Cool" and "flip phone" in the same sentence). Just if they could lower the price...
