AnonD-7703, 06 May 2011Is this the AT&T version of Galaxy S 2? Similar to how the Captivate was their version of... moreyes and no. Yes because it is sporting 4.5" super amoled plus screen much like the droid charge. And unfortunately no, because its using a single core processor instead of the new dual core orion chipset that the galaxy s 2 has and also its using the same 3.0 touchwiz ui like the first galaxy s (if that really matters)compared to 4.0 in sgs 2.

If anything this and the droid charge can be relatively known as the samsung galaxy s 1.5

it seems an attraction only for people who has fetish for large sized phones. except for that, it seems it's quite averege, and not high-end at all. It seems like another dell streak replica, trying to bring cinema to the phone, but only gets you trying to squeeze in a mini-tablet in your pocket.

after the way AT&T have been treatin their customers, i would leave it alone and look for a better carrier . . . that's if there are any left . . .

i work for atnt , this is infact the gs2 , there will be no official gs2. i have no idea what anyone thinks they are missing out on. i have personally used this device and currently have the galaxy s captivate. This phone embarasses the captivate in every way possible. No comparison. This is far better than the atrix, htc impulse , and far better than tmobiles and verizons new ugly!!!! 4g devices. The 1.2 ghz processor makes it extra snappy and i dont care what the screen specs say, this thing will blow you away. the version i played with had blu ray movies saved on it and it was flawless in clarity! cant wait to get mine on launch day !!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the Infuse 4g that has been talked about earlier this year. Unfortunately we have to sit back and wait it out a little longer for the GS2. :(

no dual core in 2011's flagship model is unacceptable, who would want a piece of shit like that? we need GSII immediately, like now!

Based on it looks, it does look alot like the GS2. I hope samsung is not trying to pull a quick one and hustle us out of the GS2
