HTC Desire HD already has official Gingerbread (At least here in europe.Lat week all dhd got a notification to upgrade os from froyo to gb).

Till now various ANDROID forums clarify that any update beyond FROYO will be available only for phones having processor of 1ghz or more that that was the reason Google ensured that NEXUS II is 1.2 ghz powered. If that is the case, how can HTC DESIRE Z have GINGERBREAD since DESIRE Z sports 800 mhz processor.

Erm? Different screen sizes? What the...? It has a resolution of 480×800, just like the original Desire, the DHD and the Desire S... Yeah, the physical sizes are different, but I haven't noticed they do anything about that, so wth, really?
