Ho hum, another fight between nokia and android fanboys on an android page. Guys, this is getting old. In my view C7 delivers a lot for price. The only real difference between android 2.3 and symbian^3 is that symbian 3 doesn't support live wallpapers and android has a far more fluid interface. I think this phone is good and better then the nokia c7, samsung galaxy sl, samsung wave 2, and the sony ericsson xperia neo. I just hope it gets a gingerbread update soon.

They can't even tell what market demand is hence the reason why their sales are dropping by the quarters. Yeah sure, they'll release sales figures, in 10 years when N8 finally reaches 15 million units sold. It's been over 6 months since the device went on sales and no mention of units sold at all. Even a crappy manufacturer like LG will make it big as they are able to meet customer demands, customers wants more powerful, large screen android devices. LG heard the call and they answered.

S^3 is a very good OS and the only reason why Android and iOS devices are selling is because people are like mindless sheeps and these sheeps happens to like eye-candy so much that they have become blind to reality. Nokia will surely release the numbers of N8 sold. Just wait and see. My N8 is still one of the best smartphones out there and still the best camera phone on the market even after 7 months from its release.

Nokia sucks big time, check it out, even in Europe Nokia isn't top marketshare anymore for smart phones. Apple manage to beat Nokia in smart phone market share for Q1 2011, Also looking at HTC and Samsung's combined marketshare that brings it to over 30% and you know the majority of phones sold by HTC and Samsung is Android.

If your Nokia C7 was so great why didn't it propel Nokia to #1 marketshare in the E.U.? Funny how you say Android is boring slow and laggy, yet it managed to sell quite a bit didn't it? I mean if it was as slow and laggy and their phones are as ugly as you say, why is it that Nokia is still losing to them? Nokia is still too embarrassed to actually release any sales figures even though its been over 6 months since N8's release.

[deleted post]The processor might be old but the OS is so light weight it runs as smooth as Gingerbread if not smoother. It also have HD recording, USB on the go, and a better looking body that looks like no other. It's unique. This Optimus Black looks just like any other Android phone and probably works just like any other Android phone. It lags, freezes, have lots of bugs and have 70 plus malwares. In short, this LG phone is crap! It's no good unless you hack it.

I like this phone and i think it has a reasonable price tag but unfortunately authorities import lg phones with delay here in iran and when they import them they sell them more expensive than the real price.
