This can be a backup device to go along with your smartphone, when your smartphone runs out of battery you can use this. can be useful when out on a trip or something.

WOW, no 3G for both models. Do they know the year? That's just stupid, Many carriers are ditching the 2g and 3g also have better call quality anyway.
