Overacted.
next thing you know, you would think that your trade in phone is flawless and meet the all criteria in order to get the 2nd phone free when you wake up one day and then Samsung be like "your trade in did not meet normal wear and tear therefore your trade in isn't eligible, you will be charged the full amount for the 2nd phone". Then you gonna start thinking about other options and maybe considering even returning the phone back to Samsung for your money back.... But your trade will not be returned back to you as it became Samsung property and then you might realize that your 30 days return window will be about expires and start being mad at the whole process that you trusted Samsung and thought you will be easy and no headache and it's not the case.
