Both Qualcomm and Apple just want money..they don't think about customers.. Qualcomm with its minor increase each generation and Apple with its minor improvement..

To be fare, apple has often quietly caused patent use rights. One recent other one was ,Nokia. Nokia pursued them for ages over it.

We can expect this will finalize by 2030. By that time chip will be atom or DNA based. Besides that why they wanna settle?. They knew they are doomed. Apple might abandon Qualcomm altogether. Samsung already has their own chip. Even xiaomi started to cook their self. This lawsuit is a turning point for Qualcomm. To be a king or an ordinary steel mine worker down under.
