zodiacfml, 19 Jul 2017amazing. they'd rather recycle the used Note7s than reselling them. They can't sell them because they explode and they don't want to push the Note FE everywhere because the Note 8 will be out in a month.
AnonD-632062, 19 Jul 2017Nice move. I like how Samsung are open about the Note7 instead of trying to bury it. Kudos! They have to, this is common practice. Consumer confidence and trust is as important as anything. Believe me, they'd love to bury this.
AnonD-542833, 19 Jul 2017Every phone can be exploded by overcharging until it heats up maximum and blasts like a nuke. ... moreBut some phone explode without charging just like Samsung Note7, This is the reason Samsung have to recall the phone and reuse the component and become a greener because of it failures.
Note7 owner, 19 Jul 2017Will Samsung ever make a phone that explodes again?Every phone can be exploded by overcharging until it heats up maximum and blasts like a nuke.

Well, Because the recall, Samsung become the most greenness company.
Good move Samsung. Great idea to recycle parts rather than trying to flog it to death
why would they do that?. samsung can simply sell those by fitting those small battery. I believe note 7 is better than note 8.

I think selling users' old Note 7 phones for further cheap, might've been a better idea.
They can just flash the software, check diagnostics and sell them, what's the issue? Why this unnecessary meltdown?
You can try a diy solution. Rry buying the note 7 fe battery and replace it yourself. Do a calibration afterwards.
Nice Move Sammy
Im one of the 3% who didnt want to or actually returned my SN7. Why wont Samsung just change the battery on my device?
Wow. That Greenpeace activist really convinced Samsung to be greener.
(Back at MWC Barcelona, during a press conference held by Samsung, a Greenpeace activist came on stage. More at: http://www.gsmarena.com/greenpeace_protester_makes_a_guest_appearance_at_samsungs_keynote-blog-23661.php )
