AnonD-686371, 22 Jul 2017Don't buy asus phones, reality is different compare with adds. Not good service It was my fault dropped my zenfone 2 few times, the second SIM slot not working, I email and shipped to them zero charged and fixed in less than two week, I think their service is on par.

Yeah right. Like Asus can hold their release dates for other countrys in the world except Taiwan.
It's ridiculous it takes them almost an entire year from official release date to actually market availability.
It's not their distributors fault. It's ASUS fault.
Look at their Motherboard line. Everything is on the market in time. Unlike their smartphones.
And to add to that. Their quality control is non existent.
Just look at the Asus Zenfone 3 Zoom "white line" problem. Every device has it and even the RMA'd devices will have that problem.
Do yourself a favor. Stay far away from ASUS smartphones.

Anonymous, 21 Jul 2017I think that too... Although it seems a 4 cam system Normal lens + zoom + wide + black/white I think the zenfone will have 2 cameras only, normal + telephoto. It will be clearer maybe perhaps of the wider aperture.

Many users are disappointed to see... moreAll the midrange+ Asus Zenfone 3 series (z3, Z3 ultra, z3 deluxe & z3 zoom) already on nougat. The Z3, Z3 ultra & Z3 deluxe were on nougat since Q2 2017. The Z3 Zoom, got nougat a couple of week after it's release.

Well, perhaps Taiwanese want super premium with slick body (supercar analogy), not premium phone with big body/battery (mpv/suv analogy)

Like mercedes V series, or toyota alphard. Its market is the one that want premium device with big battery. And not affraid an additional 2-4 extra milimiter.

* samsung S/Note series and Sony top of the line is ferari/lamborgini. Fast car, sleek, but with small gasoline tank.
* iPhone is like ferari/lamborgini, but with cheap tire (using cheap intel modem instead of qualcom modem), using cheap paint (using IPS LCD instead of AMOLED)
But not everyone want super car. Some want SUV/MPV. Big car (big screen) with big gasoline tank (battery) to go all day long without refueling in the middle of the day
