Cytus....! More than 500m time
In fact, those games are the worst, most useless games.
The best games on Android are these:
Native Android games (only old ported PC games are good):
- GTA San Andreas,
- GTA Vice City,
- DIII4A (Doom 3 Android port),
- RTCW Touch (Return to Castle Wolfenstein),
- JK2 Touch (Jedi Outcast),
PSP emulator:
- Colin McRae Rally 2005
- GTA Vice City Stories
- Medal of Honor and Call of Duty PSP games
- Luxor (the dedicated mobile version of this game is shit, has horrible touchscreen controls; the PSP version has arrow keys and shoot button which is much better, though you have to configure the touchscreen buttons in the emulator accordingly)
PS1 emulator:
- Medal of Honor 1 and 2
- Colin McRae Rally 2 (the dedicated mobile version (remastered) has terrible, unrealistic, GTA5-like car physics, no night maps and has much less features; it's shame, since the other mobile version of this game, the 2005 N-Gage version is more similar to the original)
- Spyro Year of the Dragon
- Delta Force Urban Warfare
- Syphon Filter 1
- Driver 1 and 2
- Die Hard Trilogy 2
- Alien Resurrection
These are the best games on Android/mobile. (And only these games are good, all other games like the dedicated mobile games are bad.)
All today's games are worthless horrible crap. The old PC, PSP and PS1 games are the best forever. They have the best gameplay by far. There is long story, much more maps, better objectives, options, features etc. No health regeneration, no in-app billing, no pay-to-play, no pay-to-win, no internet requirement, no DLCs (because you already have the full game), no dumbed down gameplay. The old games were developed with the good gameplay in mind. They paid attention to minor details too. (GTA San Andreas is the all time best and most valuable game in the world. It has the most features, most various places, most customization, best and longest story, most mission, most minigames, most freedom.) Today's games are developed with profitability (freemium, pay-to-play) and short, dumbed down gameplay in mind (simple and boring gameplay, and completing a level gives you little credits so you have to complete multiple times the same level and it takes impossibly long time to unlock the next lever/items, or you have to pay for in-app purchases to unlock things).
candy crush saga is cancer
Ninja Arashi for relaxing music and challenging.
oh man! they should to the list add Mobile Legends!!! (still 10+ million plus but is steadily increasing as heroes increase also!) if they add more game modes..the better. The interface is already good and can be better but their graphics should step-up since it's underwhelming...
I play Orborous and DragonPlay Poker.
By the way, most of that games in that list are used as surveillance apps :))
AnonD-484675, 24 Jul 2017the biggest reason I'm switching from symbian to android is because of that angry bird_lolI completed angry bird series on my Symbian N8
hill climb 1 was also good game quite famous i download when it came with only 3 cars on galaxy y used to play hours trying to climb a hill
Rayne , 23 Jul 2017SNAKE-NOKIA greatest mobile game all time. Agreed, its silly that it didn't get a mention in the article.
Snake 2 was a let down on Symbian handsets, but "Space Impact" back on the Nokia 3315 was a great little game on the go and deserves a mention.
Also "Bounce!" on the colour/newer Symbian handsets deserves a mention too.
krystian, 23 Jul 2017Downloads don't indicate success at all times, do they? I mean Grand Theft Auto 5 made 1 bill... moreYup, GTAV makes money out of the initial purchase and then with dumb people buying in-game dollars with actual dollars. Same goes for EA Sports games, where you pay for in-game card packs for Ultimate Team, or some gear for your hockey player. Tell you what, I've read recently from a newspaper (I don't remember, likely La Presse) that users of free-to-play (aka freemium) usually spend on average over 200 actual dollars on every game. And a lot of us don't pay a cent on those things, which means some even go to 3,4,5,700 or even 1000$!
Also look on games like League of Legends, Roblox ect... Those that are addicted spend sooo much money.....
HOWEVER, if your game still exists after two decades and is being installed so often that it comes right out of the box when you buy a new computer, then it's the best
the biggest reason I'm switching from symbian to android is because of that angry bird_lol
Color Flow - Tap and Switch Arrow is the best game.
I love COC until now I still paly it and also include Mutants Genetics Gladiator and Dragon City
krystian, 23 Jul 2017Downloads don't indicate success at all times, do they? I mean Grand Theft Auto 5 made 1 bill... moreYeah I would agree with this although I have no proof or sources. Just based on the amount of times I have downloaded a game only to uninstall it after a few minutes, and I certainly dont think im the only one that does that.
to me that is not a success in my opinion.
Secret to Angry Birds is that it's timing was impeccable. The first ever game that was suited to and only really playable on touch screens and used pinch to zoom (try playing it with a mouse, way harder, just not intuitive and too fiddly), and so was on time for the iPhone and more importantly at the time, for the iPod Touch that was launched in countries (such as UK) that still did not have the iPhone 2G. I got through 40% of it on the loos at work on my iPod Touch and then an iPhone 3G. And so did everyone else, because I could hear them in the cubicle next to me! Ha ha!
Angry Birds has gone down hill since then, too complicated and lacks the same innovation in design that made the original such a draw. People cannot leave a good thing alone!
Where is ludo king?
AnonD-558092, 23 Jul 2017The most successful game in the world is Minesweeper. It has billions of installs.
One of the... moreDownloads don't indicate success at all times, do they? I mean Grand Theft Auto 5 made 1 billion in the U.S. in 3 days. And this didn't count digital.
These games typically make money over time but only from a very select group of people who get addicted and throw their money in.
Anonymous, 23 Jul 2017Games waste your time and battery life. Also consumes huge storage. But where is subway surfers?SUBWAY SURFERS has the minimum download rate because it was most of the times a pre-installed game, and this is only counting with in apps purchase downloads like clash royale
