AnonD-418798, 22 Jul 2017I will never agree that.. Note 4/note edge battery broke really fast every note 4/edge user... moreThis is not an issue of note 4 or defective unit. This problem can happen in ALL android phones. Just clear system cache from recovery and this problem will be solved.
Bring update that enable LTE for N910-H devices!
Good to know that they still give security updates for galaxy note 4. But I won't sacrifice how my phone performs now over that update. And to the person that says he haven't heard of someone wearing/bringing two batteries with him/her look further no more. We're not yet exticnt.

What about an update for Samsung Galaxy S4 devices? It must also be upgrade to latest Android OS with security patches. Samsung must consider it!

Same as with transitioning from a small to a large-screened phone. But yeah, it still rrmains to be seen.
Anonymous, 23 Jul 2017Security updates should be delivered OTA too, not just for note 4 & 5. What about Note 3?... moreWould you expect Ford to retrofit ABS and Airbags in a Ford Model T?
No you wouldn't so why do you expect a phone manufacturer to bring new features and updates to an old model
Anonymous, 23 Jul 2017The glued in battery is enough to nullify whatever good that phone has over the note 4.never heard someone wearing 2 batterys with him today
AnonD-418798, 22 Jul 2017I will never agree that.. Note 4/note edge battery broke really fast every note 4/edge user... moreThe Note 4 is a legendary phone. The biggest mistake I made was updating to Marshmallow which is heavier and takes longer to boot. Also battery lasted longer and overall Note 4 was wrecked by the upgrade still the show must go on and so now I have crappies marshmallow. Planned obsolescence.

Bebe Rexha, 22 Jul 2017Note 4, the last true great Galaxy Note phone. FE is meh, Note 8 is still to be known. The note 7 was lightyears better than the note 4. I used it for a month before i had to give it back and it was in every way superior to my previous note 4. Too bad it had to blow up. The note 8 should be just as interstellar.
My last and best Samsung device the Note 4 still going strong to this day. Just replaced a new battery no sweat!!
Honestly though. if it was possible. I'd gladly switch the chipset from the 805/5433 inside the n4 and put in 835/8895. I have it as secondary and it's SIMPLY PERFECT!
Security updates should be delivered OTA too, not just for note 4 & 5. What about Note 3? Other Android users are exposed to security risks? Samsung need their heads read. Trying to force users to upgrade to a new phone instead of a new Android version is abuse of their customer base. As a Samsung customer, I too have choices who to buy my next phone from and it won't be Samsung!
I have had Notes 2,3,4,5 and now moved to LG V20 with the best audio, 3 cameras, dual display and best of all, I have 3 batteries :). Popping in a fresh battery is fast and painless. I miss the S-pen but will only get the Note 8 if it has removable batteries - unlikely, I know.
AnonD-632062, 22 Jul 2017Long Live the Note4, one of the best smartphone of all times!Well Said.
