I am from Serbia and my phone is htc incredible s made for asian market. After 20 days trying and waiting this is what i get from htc: In regards to your enquiry kindly be informed that we do not have an upgrade for HTC Incredible S at the moment , please keep an eye on our website for any latest updates.

abul, 17 May 2011No update in Bangladesh til todayMaybe because my Incredible S set was shipped in UK market so the HTC server saw the serial number and thought it is in UK so let me download it even while I am in Bangladesh using my home WiFi network :))
I think the sets that were shipped for Asia market will have to wait when they roll out the update for Asia. I am sure they have serials for different regions to identify the correct phones. I bought the set from local shop by the way perhaps the owner of the shop hand carried it from UK.

May 11: I was in the Philippines, no Gingerbread for my Desire HD.
May 12: I was in Dubai, still no update.
May 13: In Italy, hoping Europe has an earlier update release, none.
May 14: Switzerland, none.
May 18: Back in the Philippines, still Froyo for my DHD...=(
