yess they didn't dominate the market guessed what they keep on releasing phone each in every 4 to 5 months, in early 2000's O.S is not that important, don't be a fanboy here, feature phones are enough during those days.

You got a nokia but it's probably a later one with the camera and all, not us real 90's or 80s kid had. And I have a Nokia feature phone which is still working. Just because you're older doesn't mean you've got more knowledge. Today, 99% of phone "experts" know less than me. Do you know the difference between A73 and A53? Or do you know what type of storage your phone has? (like eMMC, UFS, NVMe)

Not really experienced the prodig... moreYes they have a tiny slice on that time because nokia is like Samsung keep on releasing a phone every 3 or 4 months unlike Motorola and sony they have a few model to introduce to the market, but don't forget those RAZR V3 is a huge success on moto's end also.

Nokia current market cap is $40 billion, which makes it a ... moreNokia is testing market with HMD , but without investing directly and taking any risk , (difficult to get shareholder approval to go into business again that nearly killed the company) .. this is why they are their board member and have exclusively licenced it to HMD .. and headquarters is right next to Nokia office ... and has many old nokia executives
don't be surprised once HMD starts making some good sales in a year or 2 .. if Nokia simply buys HMD ..

Not really experienced the prodigious degree on which it really was. When apple products were merely on computers, LG & Samsung was on appliances, Motorola and sony erricson only had a tiny slice of the mobile industry, blackberry was targeted for business only, Chinese brands were non existent and even lenovo were only on computers too. Good times. Unlike today.

You think you are the innovator of all time, Nokia has stolen the $2bil... moreWow! the Finnish are smarter than Americans because they struck a licence deal that earned them 2b dollars? You must not be the sharpest knife in the drawer. Have you asked yourself how much Apple makes in profits per quarter? It's more then 2b dollars!
Interesting that despite the 2b they were paid by Apple they still managed to achieve an overall loss of 508.64 US Dollar (€433 million). That's not smart, that's idiotic! It also isn't smart that Nokia went from being the largest cell phone company in the world to being at the bottom of the barrel in a short few years.
